Mental Health Clinicians – Karns Office

Tiffani Wiles, M.Ed, LPC/MHSP

M.Ed, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Lincoln Memorial University

Hi – I’m Tiffani! I am dedicated to helping those I serve reach their full potential by creating a supportive and comfortable space. I have a special heart for helping children/adolescents (ages 6–17), women of all ages and veterans. I believe in the power of self-discovery with the understanding that growth often involves learning—or relearning—our thought patterns, boundaries, and emotional responses. With over 15 years of counseling experience, I enjoy providing a nonjudgmental, safe, and encouraging environment where you can find hope, healing, and peace. A space to be yourself is the best kind of space!

I am trained in EMDR and TFCBT w/ DBT skills. I have experience in supporting those facing abuse, child abuse history, SA history, complex trauma, anxiety, postpartum difficulties, and the challenges of both new and seasoned motherhood.

Additional experience with supporting veterans, survivors of human trafficking, those in recovery and co-occurring mental health disorders.

BS, Psychology, Maryville College
MS, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Carson Newman

Hi! I am Jessica. I am so glad you are here! I received my Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Maryville College. I then obtained a Master’s of Science in Clinical Counseling from Carson-
Newman University. I have a background working in the education system and coaching youth sports, which has provided me with multiple years of experience working with kids, adolescents, and young adults. I also have experience working in a center for neurodivergent kids and a college counseling center.

These experiences have shown me the importance of the individual person and how to create individualized care for each and every person across the lifespan. I utilize multiple different therapeutic modalities. The ones I pull from most often are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered. For younger kids, I utilize play-
based interventions, including, but not limited to, Play Therapy and Art Therapy.

My clinical focus centers on supporting the neurodiverse community starting at age 5 and continuing across the lifespan. I also have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavioral challenges, executive functioning concerns, and women’s health concerns. I am dedicated to providing neurodiversity-affirming care and a space where my clients feel safe, accepted, and empowered.
